The Real "Secret" of the Law of Attraction Is Common Sense

Why do some people seem to effortlessly attract wealth and success, perhaps without even realizing what they are doing, while others struggle to find any kind of success in life? The answer is common sense, but it's also a misunderstood "secret" of the law of attraction. A "secret" that is best summed up in a simple proverb:

The more you feel good, the more you WILL feel good.
People who are positive and optimistic tend to attract more positive outcomes, regardless of their specific life circumstances at the moment. Some say "happiness is its own reward," but it's clear that happiness also brings other rewards, especially in the way it attracts people and opportunities to us.
It's easy to make the mistake of looking at happy, successful people and thinking, "of course they're happy; they have tons of good things in their life." But we have to realize it also works the other way: perhaps they have "tons of good things in their life" BECAUSE they are happy.

The "secret" of the law of attraction isn't about what you do; but how you do it, and more precisely, how you habitually feel. It's not about obsessively focusing on images of things and expecting them to appear like magic. It's about developing optimistic and resilient thinking habits - habits that help us weather life's ups and downs while maintaining an optimistic mindset.

It's fine to have a vision board, or to meditate on what you want (tip: see yourself already having what you want and feeling good about it), but we also need good habits if we're going to change our lives. This is the real"secret" of the law of attraction: common sense.

It is incredibly helpful to develop a habit of feeling the best we can in any given situation. Some people call this Stoicism - but it's also a type of gratitude, a way of appreciating the good things we already have; and it's a fantastic starting point for any life change.

Seeing problems rather than solutions is just a habit. Likewise, feeling happy and relaxed is a habit, and those feelings are just as available to us as feeling stressed or upset. The key is to take advantage of them.
Appreciate what is good about your situation right now, and get in the habit of feeling good about things by default, regardless of what is going on around you. That's the real "secret."
