The Law of Attraction: Raising Vibrational Offerings



If you're going to use the law of attraction in your life, then a major thing you'll need to master is the ability to raise your vibrational offerings. This article covers what vibrational offerings are, explains why you'd want this ability from a law of attraction perspective, and a few suggestions of ways to raise your vibrational offerings.

So, first, what are vibrational offerings? Well, "vibrational offerings" is a law of attraction jargon that just means how you think and feel at any given moment. Yep, just that simple. However, this is very important from an LOA perspective because you attract what you're thinking and feeling to you. And thus, the better you feel, the better things you bring to you-and the worse you feel...

And by now, it should be clear why would someone want to raise his or her vibrational offerings: in order to attract the things they would like to them with little or no effort. But it'll also help you to live a better, more fulfilling life. Plus, if nothing else, you just feel better-and even if you played a trick on yourself, it's a damn good one.

Well, now, the most important question is how do I raise my vibrational offerings? In the simplest way, you just need to make yourself feel better and think less negative thoughts. In fact, it's far easier to walk up the emotional scale one step at a time then to try to jump from feeling terrible to feeling well. A great way to do this is to just change what you're doing. For instance, if your work is depressing or stressing you out, take a break and watch a comedy or talk to a consoling friend. Sometimes, this seems like the worst idea in the world because you're already stressed and late and behind, so it's ultimately up to you, but if you're anything like me, once you reach a certain point of agitated or stressed, you're not going to get anything done anyway.

So, in the case that you want faster relief, then you can try many other things; however, I find that breath control, if done properly, can drastically alter moods. That being said, a really simple breath control meditation is to slowly breathe in for seven seconds, hold it for seven seconds, and then release for seven seconds. Repeat this pattern nine times. As you do this, you could expand the meditation to think about a happy place or something like that; however, in this case, just letting go is the key, so let go.

Manifesting Joy 10: The Law of Attraction and Moving Up the Emotional Ladder



In this, the tenth and last installment of the manifesting joy article series, we're going to cover a key point to making the law of attraction work for you: thinking about your emotions as a scale. Recognizing that your emotions are a scale is paramount for manifesting joy in your life; however, it's incredibly helpful for the rest of your law of attraction work-in many ways because it reminds you that the law of attraction is a process...

And this is the last and maybe the most important reason you'd want to actively manifest joy in your life: having control over your emotions will allow you greater control over your point of attraction. Plus, to be completely honest, emotional control will be so handy in your life that it's a virtue well worth having just for its everyday value.

So, what is this emotional scale? Well, your emotions range from horrendously bad (in my opinion, existential angst-the feeling that the world no longer responds to your being, i.e. you and everything you do is completely worthless-is the worst feeling you can have) to amazingly good (in my opinion, the expression of true love-I don't mean romantic love here really, though it could be... ).

According to the law of attraction, the results in your life are a direct correlation to what you're thinking and feeling. So, the better you feel about the world, yourself, and your desires, the more likely you are to receive them. And other than the obvious fact it that it feels extremely horrible, this is the reason I think existential angst is the worst feeling possible. I mean think about it for a minute: even on the most secular reading, the more you believe and feel like you can do something, the more likely you are to do it.

You can see this a little more blatantly if you look at the states of failure. Procrastination is thinking and feeling like you don't want to do something. Indecision is thinking and feeling like you probably shouldn't do something. Fear is thinking and feeling you can't do something.

In other words, to really succeed at your goals, you have to align yourself with them vibrationally, which is to say become the kind of person who has what you desire (i.e. pickup their thoughts, beliefs, and actions). And this isn't an idea just in the law of attraction, it's all throughout 19th, 20th, and 21st century thought. For instance, "class consciousness" in Marx is the idea that you're born into a classed society and indoctrinated into your class. Napoleon Hill discusses poverty and wealth consciousness-but with a major difference from Marx being that he's interested in the proletariat becoming the bourgeois rather than eradicating classes...

And the most important in our context is modeling, a concept from NLP. When you model, you find someone who does what you want to do exceptionally well, find out how they do it, and then do it yourself. For instance, if you wanted to learn guitar, you'd want to find the best guitar player you could and learn "everything they know". Unfortunately, this is the exact opposite of the way most people approach their lives-why develop, stretch, and grow when you can stagnate and lord over other, weaker people?

In other words, something you may have caught onto about the law of attraction: if you don't have something in your life, it's because you're not the kind of person that has the things that you want. In fact, becoming an "xyz magnet" (a monopole magnet of course), a very trendy topic in LOA is nothing but teaching people how to be the kind of person that attracts such things e.g. if you desire sex, become a "chick magnet", which is to say a seducer.

So, what does all this have to do with manifesting joy? Well, if you've followed along carefully, you've realized that being joyful is a choice; however, this choice entails overriding many of your basic beliefs, emotions, and actions and finding new ways to be that actually serve you. You've realized you should find a hero, a person who's already joyful, to mimic. Likewise, you've learned that emotions are a scale from horrible to amazing-and maybe you realized the important key to this: the law of attraction is a process, a journey, and as such, you need to take it a step at a time. Many people fail trying to feel better because they don't allow themselves the opportunity to tiptoe their way to joy-they feel like they must leap to joy. But as people who try this usually find, between despair and love is a vast, deep canyon that's better travelled by donkey than by trying to mimic Evel Knievel and jump over it.

Can I Find Love Through the Law of Attraction?



To love and to be loved is a very basic need every individual has. No man is an island and with an exception of few, all of us want to share our lives with someone special. However, the number of people on this planet who are lonely is phenomenal. There far too many people out there who haven't met the right partners or keep meeting the wrong ones or are living with the wrong ones out of fear of being alone.

Why is it so difficult to meet a person who can care for us, love us and treat us the way we want them to? Most of us aren't looking for the perfect spouse and yet it is an arduous mission to meet someone who can fulfill some of the criteria we have for a partner.

I have so many friends who are craving for companionship and love but can't seem to find them. Some of them just haven't had the time or confidence to meet anyone. The Law of Attraction: Potential Equals Fuel



Want fast results from the Law of Attraction? Tired of sitting around "waiting"? Did you know that you can take control and speed up the process of manifesting your dream life?

A good friend of mine, and respected teacher of the Law of Attraction, spoke about how the Universe delivers our manifestations. He described it like standing in a room with fifty doors. If a door is open, the Universe may be able to use that door to deliver what you have requested. If it is closed, the Universe will try, meet a closed door, and have to start over. This will increase the time needed for the Universe to ultimately deliver your request. That is, assuming you've managed to maintain the correct mental state during the time you are waiting.

So, it's pretty obvious that we need to open as many doors as possible. You will be relieved to know that it is not difficult to open a door. In fact, most of the doors are easy to open. The problem is, we develop bad habits, lifestyle routines, and perceptions in life that routinely shut doors behind us.

Imagine that you have a coworker who has been working overtime to complete a task needed to contribute to the success of the project. Now, imagine that you take time to sit down with this coworker and express your gratitude and appreciation for their hard work. You provide a validation to them for everything that they have done. This creates positive energy between you and this coworker. This is called "opening a door", or creating "potential". This potential can be used by the Universe, at a later time, to deliver something you have manifested.

The process of opening that door was not that difficult. In fact, a few genuine words from your heart and presto! But here is where most people drop the ball. Over the next few days and/or weeks, we tend to go back to our routine. We tend to fall back into the process of allowing our EGO to dominate our daily activities. One outburst of anger or an impolite comment and boom... the door will slam shut. All of that potential you created will be gone. In its place there is now a lot of negativity instead.

This is just a SINGLE example. In the course of an average day, we have THOUSANDS of opportunities to create potential (open doors) and just as many opportunities to slam them shut.

If you find that your life is "taking off" and heading to new and exciting places, you are likely opening more doors than you are shutting. This leads to unlimited possibilities and much faster results when attempting to manifest the things you want in life.

If you find that life seem to be degrading, or getting worse each day, then you are likely shutting more doors than you are opening. The abundance of negative energy will cause more and more things to go wrong and you will feel like you've lost total control over your life.

The last possibility is where most people are. They open and close roughly the same number of doors on a daily basis. This means your life isn't really going anywhere. Many people describe this sensation as "being stuck in a rut". It is a very sad place to be as you have little to look forward to. Over time, days will seem just like the others and you will find yourself unable to remember weeks, months, or even years at a time.

The Law of Attraction and Winning a TV Game Show



I enjoy watching TV with my kids in the evening. A couple of nights ago, we decided to watch a game show called "a minute to win". If you're not familiar with the show, it involves contestants playing party games to win money. This night it was a really involving installment with two young girls, probably in their 20s who were really excited to be on the program and to have a chance to win. They have a minute to play each game. They won the first prize with ease, they danced all over the stage and everyone in the audience was swept up in their energy - so were we. We took an immediate liking to the girls and of course we wanted them to win.

We held our breath as they played again. The second round gave them $10,000 in winnings. They were all over the place again, hugging, screaming, dancing - you couldn't help but love them. Then the show host asked them what the money was for. We found out that this family had seen some pretty rough times - even to the extent of having to live on the street, and that their mother had kept them together and pulled them through - their winnings were for their mother, for her cancer treatment which was costing them $4,000 per month.

A wave of love and appreciation swept the audience, and now we were all doubly invested in their winning - we wanted them to get to the finish line with a million dollars. They got up to $50,000 in the next round and now they were playing for $75,000.

The show host talked to them further about their mother and asked them to focus on winning the money. He really wanted them to win, but he also wanted to use their story to get the audience emotionally involved with their story. He asked them if they wanted to leave with their winnings or go on playing - he asked them what their mom would say. You could hear a pin drop - everyone went quiet waiting for the girls to respond.

At that moment, I felt a shift in the vibration of the show. From being uplifting and happy, it went to "Oh my God, I hope they don't lose now". You could see the faces of the two girls change as the stakes were raised. Win they did, there was a sigh of relief, and more tension now as the next bar was at $125,000.

The well meaning host pointed out to them that they still had three lives in hand. Then he pointed out that the one sister had already played twice and according to the rules if she played a third time then the girls would lose the opportunity to pick who should play. The problem was that the game for this round was one that the sister with two rounds knew how to play and the other one didn't.

I could see and feel that the unexperienced sister was now scared and her vibration had shifted a fair bit. She could have stopped at this point and let her sister take the round, but she was drive to do what the anchor thought was the right move in the game. She played - and she lost. Now she was totally out of the vortex. The other sister was doing better - by a small margin.
Now the host, played his trump card - he put up a large picture of the girls mother and got her on the phone. The girls started crying. The audience was struck as they all realized how "big" this task was.

The experience sister took over now - and yes, she lost. And then she lost again. The game was over. Thankfully, the girls still had $50,000 to walk away with.

I couldn't watch any more. My thoughts were on the law of attraction and figuring out how it had played out in this scenario.

Here are my thoughts:
I think that both the audience and the girls started thinking of the $125,000 mark as big - too big. The vibration changed from "wow! We're winning" to "Oh my God, I hope we don't lose - this means so much". In that change of thought is a change of vibration and the two coupled together took the girls from a positive upward energy spiral to a downward energy spiral all in the space of fifteen minutes. That truly was the law of attraction in action!

I could see and feel that the inexperienced sister was now scared and her vibration had shifted a fair bit. She could have stopped at this point and let her sister take the round, but she was driven to do what the show host thought was the right move in the game. She played - and she lost. Now she was totally out of the vortex. The other sister was doing better - by a small margin. She played - she lost. The audience moaned. Now they were all out of the vortex, because instead of seeing the girls win, they were anticipating the loss and that's where they put their focus - the girls could not have bucked that current, or maybe they could have but it would have taken a lot and as Abraham says, when you've already jumped from 10,000 feet, don't worry, it will be over soon. In the sense that when you are in a downward spiral it is much harder to stop and make the shift in vibration necessary to change things - because it means taking the resistance head on and then shifting - not too many of us can do it given a few split seconds on public television and a room full of people feeling sorry for us! The law of attraction also says that when you are on a positive spiral that too will keep going (unless you look down from your elevated position).

It's interesting that I can now see the law of attraction in action all around me. It's exciting and as Abraham says once you learn this stuff you can never go back - good thing is I want to keep going forward!

How to Learn the Law of Attraction - Step by Step



How To Learn The Law of Attraction is now a hot subject. Many people are studying the Law of Attraction to manifest what they desire in life. From cars, wealth, family relationships to harmony with friends. Here is step by step on how you can learn the law of attraction.

1. Understand what is law of attraction
The law of attraction is when the Universe provides what you have been desiring into reality. If you desire a new laptop for example, the Universe will provide that laptop and make it appear in your reality unexpectedly.

2. Understand how law of attraction works
The Law of attraction works when you want it or not. It all begins with the mind. If you are thinking about something disastrous and you are very worried about it and believe it will happen, then this is the perfect recipe for the law of attraction to work.

The Universe does not know, whether you want that desire to happen or not. All it knows is that you have been thinking about it with belief and it is taken as an instruction to appear in your life.

3. What is needed for law of attraction to work?
When you practice the law of attraction, you need to meet the following requirements:
- thinking a lot about your desire as if you are experiencing it now
- have faith in your desire. Believe that it will manifest in your life with a doubt
- think of your desire in the present NOW. Not in the past or in the future.
- Visualize your desire. Actually see yourself and feel yourself experiencing your desire when you visualize
- Affirmation. Speak words to yourself which will gradually stick in your subconscious mind. Say positive things to yourself.

4. How do I know that I am applying the Law of Attraction properly?
If you are feeling happy and positive about your desires, and you are constantly motivated in your thinking, then you are applying the law of attraction. Think about it. If you are experiencing or imagining what you desire now, you are obviously happy about it. Vice versa, if you are worried and unhappy, then at that moment you are using the law of attraction in a wrong way. You are attracting the wrong things in life.

5. How fast does law of attraction work?
This is unknown. The law of attraction sometimes manifest our desires very quickly and sometimes they take weeks, months or years. All is known is that the Universe will receive your instructions, and then make situations happen which will let you receive your desire.

The Law of Attraction: Potential Equals Fuel



Want fast results from the Law of Attraction? Tired of sitting around "waiting"? Did you know that you can take control and speed up the process of manifesting your dream life?

A good friend of mine, and respected teacher of the Law of Attraction, spoke about how the Universe delivers our manifestations. He described it like standing in a room with fifty doors. If a door is open, the Universe may be able to use that door to deliver what you have requested. If it is closed, the Universe will try, meet a closed door, and have to start over. This will increase the time needed for the Universe to ultimately deliver your request. That is, assuming you've managed to maintain the correct mental state during the time you are waiting.

So, it's pretty obvious that we need to open as many doors as possible. You will be relieved to know that it is not difficult to open a door. In fact, most of the doors are easy to open. The problem is, we develop bad habits, lifestyle routines, and perceptions in life that routinely shut doors behind us.

Imagine that you have a coworker who has been working overtime to complete a task needed to contribute to the success of the project. Now, imagine that you take time to sit down with this coworker and express your gratitude and appreciation for their hard work. You provide a validation to them for everything that they have done. This creates positive energy between you and this coworker. This is called "opening a door", or creating "potential". This potential can be used by the Universe, at a later time, to deliver something you have manifested.

The process of opening that door was not that difficult. In fact, a few genuine words from your heart and presto! But here is where most people drop the ball. Over the next few days and/or weeks, we tend to go back to our routine. We tend to fall back into the process of allowing our EGO to dominate our daily activities. One outburst of anger or an impolite comment and boom... the door will slam shut. All of that potential you created will be gone. In its place there is now a lot of negativity instead.

This is just a SINGLE example. In the course of an average day, we have THOUSANDS of opportunities to create potential (open doors) and just as many opportunities to slam them shut.

If you find that your life is "taking off" and heading to new and exciting places, you are likely opening more doors than you are shutting. This leads to unlimited possibilities and much faster results when attempting to manifest the things you want in life.

If you find that life seem to be degrading, or getting worse each day, then you are likely shutting more doors than you are opening. The abundance of negative energy will cause more and more things to go wrong and you will feel like you've lost total control over your life.

The last possibility is where most people are. They open and close roughly the same number of doors on a daily basis. This means your life isn't really going anywhere. Many people describe this sensation as "being stuck in a rut". It is a very sad place to be as you have little to look forward to. Over time, days will seem just like the others and you will find yourself unable to remember weeks, months, or even years at a time.

Using the Law of Attraction for Good Health



The law of attraction has been used over decades in an endeavor to achieve what may seem like, the impossible. It has been used to make money, improve relationships and even to achieve big goals. Is it possible to achieve good health through the law of attraction? Is it possible to cure diseases by using this law? The answer is, yes. To understand how this is done, let us first define good health.

The natural state of our body is one in which our body is at its optimum best. This means that our body and mind are free of diseases and worry. There is a sense of well being and wholeness. Anything away from this definition means that we are not in good health. The law of attraction states that what we ask for, we shall receive. Ask for good health and it will be yours. However, your work does not end with solely asking for good health. Listed below are the three steps that need to be followed for good health when using the law of attraction.

Identify
Identify your need. Is it your general health that you are concerned about or is there a particular problem that you want to heal. Your need could range from healing a broken arm, being cancer free or living without a high blood pressure. The more focused you are about the problem at hand, the easier it is for you to visualize and ask for healing. If you are overweight and want to lose weight, have a target weight in mind. If you are suffering from cancer, knowing the type of cancer, the stage of cancer and the exact location of the cancer will help you direct your thoughts to the point of focus.

Focus
Focusing on the end result means seeing yourself at the end of your goal. It means picturing yourself problem free. If your goal is to heal your arm, picture yourself using your arm. If you suffer from chronic pain and wish to rectify this, picture yourself pain free. If you suffer from a cancer and wish to get rid of this, picture yourself cancer free. Do not think about how you will get there. Do not picture the cancer cells disappearing or the pain being scraped off your bones. Instead, focus only on the end result. The reason for this is simple. You do not know how you are going to be healed. The Universe will take care of that in its infinity. Your job is to only focus on yourself completely well - through the day, whenever possible.

Action
This is where you work in accordance with the Universe. As you go through your daily meditation of focusing on a healthy body, the Universe makes the changes required to bring about your desire. It may be in the form of doctors, medication, or a newspaper article related to your problem. Do not ignore these signs or pass them off as mere coincidences. The Universe is not going to set your problem right magically. Instead, it will guide all the right people and events required for your healing, to you. Make use of this help sent by the Universe and you will see your health changing, just the way you saw it happen in your mind.

There are many ways to attract men to you. However, few are as helpful as the law of attraction. So, in this article, we're going to discuss what the law of attraction is and how to use it to attract men.

So what is the law of attraction and why would you want to use it? Well, the law in a nutshell is the idea that like things are attracted to each other, and unlike things are repelled. Human beings really can only do three things--think, feel, and act. So, each of these is how we interact with the world. And according to the law, then, how we interact with the world in thought, feeling, and action is what we receive in the world. You'd want to use it in your life if you agree with this tenet because if so, then you agree that how you go about living your life is giving you the results you're getting.

And if you agree, you probably want to know all the ways to attract men that the law of attraction will offer you. Though, first, a caveat: most law of attraction practitioners think that the universe is aligning with your thoughts and feelings; however, I think it's the other way, you have to align your thoughts, feelings, and actions with the universe. For instance, with relationships, if you're constantly dating the wrong guy, it feels like you're just attracting the wrong men to you. The reason that this happens is because what you think and feel culminates as how you act. If you're like I used to be, then you constantly repel the right people through "hypnotic blindness": you just delete the possibility of them liking you or the possibility of them as anything other than a friend. And even when they're clearly hitting on you, you wonder if they're serious... Of course, there are other ways to block yourself.

So, how do you use the law of attraction? Well, first, you clarify what you want. Once you know this, you imagine being with them as if you were living it and note the blocks that arise (you know, all the voices and pictures and feelings that make you feel bad or at least that what you're imagining is impossible). And though I explained it in a few sentences, this process can take a really long time (took me about eight months). So, don't rush it. The point is to move yourself from the mind state that you have now to one where you not only believe you can have what you want, but you expect it and aren't going to let petty things like thoughts and feelings stop you. And that's real power--power that makes you wonder why you wanted to know any other ways to attract men than the law of attraction...

The Law of Attraction and The Power of Appreciation



The practice of appreciation as a device for happiness has been in the mainstream for many years. Long-term research supports appreciation's efficiency to improve your life, recommending that a positive, appreciative attitude helps in a higher success rate at work, better health, peak performance in sports, a greater sense of well-being, and a quicker rate of recovery from surgery.

However while we could acknowledge appreciation's numerous advantages, it still can be tough to sustain. A lot of us are trained to observe exactly what is broken, undone or lacking in our lives. And for appreciation to meet its full healing capacity in our lives, it needs to become more than just a giving thanks word. We have to find out a new means of looking at things, a new practice, which can take a while.

That's why practicing appreciation makes a lot of sense. When we practice giving thanks for all we have, instead of complaining about everything we lack, we provide ourselves the chance to see every one and all of life as a possibility and a blessing.

Remember that appreciation isn't a blindly positive approach in which the bad things in life are whitewashed or overlooked. It's more a matter of where we put our focus and attention. Discomfort and injustice exist in this world, but when we focus on the gifts of life, we acquire a sensation of well-being. Appreciation balances us and gives us hope.

There are numerous things to be appreciate: colourful fall leaves, legs that work, friends who listen and truly hear, chocolate, fresh eggs, warm clothes in the cold, fresh fruit, the capability to read a good book, roses, our wellness, butterflies. Exactly what's on your list?

Some Ways to Practice Appreciation
Keep an appreciation journal in which you note things for which you are thankful and appreciate. You could make daily, regular weekly or regular monthly lists. Greater regularity might be better for developing a brand-new routine, but just keeping that diary where you could see it will remind you to think in an appreciative manner.

Make an appreciation collage by drawing or pasting photos.

Practice appreciation around the dinner table or make it part of your night-time routine.

Make a game of finding the unknown true blessing in a difficult circumstance.

When you want to grumble, make an appreciation list. You could be amazed by the amount of better feeling thoughts you have.

Notice how appreciation is affecting your life. Read about it, sing about it, show thanks for appreciation.

As you practice, an inner change starts to occur, and you might be delighted to uncover how content and confident you are feeling. That sense of fulfilment is appreciation at work.
